We want you to be satisfied with your product, so we offer an evaluation period, in which you can return the product to us,
Before requesting a return, it is advisable to read our support documents and FAQs .
If your questions are not answered, please contact our experts for troubleshooting and personal assistance.
If you still need to return your product, please follow these steps:
- Enter your order number, last name, and billing zip code.
- Your order is displayed, followed by Order Information.
- Click Return for Refund and select the product(s) you wish to return.
If you are returning multiple packages, please contact our customer support team to receive additional prepaid return labels.
All product packaging and original contents must be returned. It is recommended, but not required, that you use the same shipping packaging (brown cardboard box) to return your order.
